If you already own land, we’ll review it with you and discuss how its characteristics may influence the design and build. If you haven’t yet found the right lot, we’re happy to refer you to a list of trusted real estate professionals who specialize in custom home properties.
3. Design Collaboration
This is where your ideas begin to take shape. We can recommend architects who align with your goals and aesthetic, or we’re glad to work alongside one you’ve already selected. Our involvement at this early stage allows us to help value engineer the project—keeping the design aligned with your budget from day one.

4. Budgeting & Planning
Once we have initial design concepts, we begin aligning scope with budget. This is when we start the selections process—whether you’re working with a designer or managing design yourself, we’re here to guide you. We’re also happy to refer designers we trust and collaborate well with. We’ll outline allowances and timelines so you know what to expect moving forward.
5. Pre-Construction Preparation
Before breaking ground, we work closely with your architect to ensure permits and approvals are in progress and on track. A pre-construction meeting ensures everyone is aligned, setting the stage for a smooth building process. At this stage, we develop a comprehensive, project-specific schedule that you’ll have access to, with real-time updates as the work progresses.
