Our Process
-
Conception
Whether you are already working with an architect or would like a recommendation for a local firm, we work closely with everyone from the beginning to assure the client, builder, and architect form a strong, unified team.
For remodels, we have in-house drafting to create plans for the most beautiful and functional options for your home.
Our 3D renderings allow you to visualize the space and help determine the best material selections before it is purchased and installed.
During this phase, we create the initial budget for your project.
-
Preconstruction
Once you have chosen us as your builder, we work with the county planning department, HOAs, and other governing bodies to collect the necessary permits and permissions.
Next, we finalize the numbers by getting hard figures from sub-contractors and finding solutions to keep the project within your budget without sacrificing quality.
Our budget is open book, so you can see exactly where your money is going.
We provide an honest budget up front so you don’t have any surprises along the way. We never underestimate in order to get a client’s business, even if that means we don’t have the lowest bid. In fact, we may come in under budget at the end of your project.
-
Construction
Our team focuses on quality and detail throughout the construction phase. We have a wide network of trusted subcontractors and trade workers who work at the high level we require for your project.
During construction, we have open lines of communication and update you regularly. We use an online scheduling program so you have access to the project to see progress from start to finish.
-
Follow Up
At the completion of the project, we walk you through the finished build to make sure you are totally satisfied. We also teach you to how the new systems in your home work. We are happy to answer any questions, even after your project is finished.
We aim to go above and beyond your expectations. Many of our projects come from referrals of past clients who were thrilled with our work.
